Evacuation Procedures

Emergencies, both major and minor, are a part of our everyday lives. We can only deal effectively with them if we are prepared and in control.

Safety in an office building requires that all tenants be well informed of the proper steps to take in the event of an emergency. Studies prove that panic in an emergency is almost always the only cause of injury or death.

All occupants should familiarize themselves with the easy to read information on this website.

Anyone having knowledge of any unsafe condition in the building should inform the Building Office immediately at (712) 277-7238.

Evacuation Procedures :

In the event of an emergency evacuation, go immediately to the location designated for your floor. Wait there until the floor headcount is complete and you are advised that it is safe to return to your office. See below for your floor's designated area:
